All are overseen by a sales management team with over 30 years experience between them and an administration team, which includes full support from a team of diploma qualified Paraplanners. Our training and induction programme is catered to your individual experience and makes it easy for anyone to join our team.

Estate Agents
At Mortgage Solutions we partner with many Estate Agencies throughout Northern Ireland. Our unique offering can help you build additional revenue streams either by referring financial services business, conveyancing solutions, provision of technical support and regulatory supervision for existing in-house advisers, virtual advisers and administration support. Our advisers work closely with agents to insure your homebuyers and clients receive quality advice and are there on hand to support through the whole mortgage process.
