What we liked most was that she was very realistic from the start, it’s not an easy process and there was no false promises made.
There were periods of time were we had to wait to hear from the lender but Cathy would touch base regularly and keep us informed of any developments. She was always on hand and it was never any trouble when we called with any questions.
